Choosing the right testing strategy is therefore critical, test processes need to be defined, test tools put in place, test personnel identified and training organised.

Maintenance and Support

Frame Communications Ltd provide maintenance and support contracts to ensure business continuity to its customers, who are often operating to timescales and evolving telecom standards that put them constantly under pressure. The security of equipment availability and telephone support enables support contract customers to get help, guidance and a faster turn-around to repairs should equipment fail or configuration issues arise.

These contracts operate over a 12 month period and cover (in most cases) Hardware repair, Software support (telephone) and Software upgrades to the latest releases for an annual fee.

Contract customers gain expedited support and precedence over non contract support calls. Customers without support contracts may be charged for support at rates as appropriate for the products and services requested but at no guarantee to response times.

Training Courses

To ensure that customers can leverage the best value and use from their investment Frame Communications Ltd can provide both Standard and Customised Training courses on most products. These courses are either carried out by Frame's own staff whom are familiar with the product, applications and technology or in collaboration with the manufacturers.

Some products need little or no training but some of the more powerful tools often yield more profitable and faster results when personnel are trained in the use of such equipment.

If you have a training need please call or email us (training@frame.co.uk) with your requirements stating product type, application/technology environment and the number of people the training is required for. If you have specific dates or timeframe in mind then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Some 'OPEN' Courses are run throughout the year (based on customer demand) for those with less than a minimum number of attendees for a Company course. Company courses are carried out for customers with 4-6 attendees or who are looking to retain 'in-house' knowledge or require bespoke material.
