None of them are equipment faults. They are all the same gap: the instruments are managed one at a time, by the person holding them.

What the platform actually does
R-Server sits between your test sets and the people accountable for them, collecting what the instruments produce and pushing back what they should be running.
Test results in one place
Technicians upload from the instrument to a central, protected server. Filter thousands of results, export CSV or PDF, and stop losing acceptance traces to a laptop that got replaced.
Profiles that enforce the spec
A supervisor sets the parameters and thresholds once and publishes them. The test set fills itself in, so a job is run to the current standard without a phone call to the office.
Inventory and RMA
Pre-approve test sets before a technician receives one, import purchase orders by CSV, check warranty and raise RMA requests with a status you can actually see.
One software version, everywhere
Set the approved release centrally and let technicians take delta upgrades on the instrument, so the fleet does not quietly fragment across four firmware versions.
Dashboards by region
Configurable widgets over the whole estate, filtered by region, district or system: pass and fail rates and test set usage at a glance, for whoever owns that patch.
Jobs that close themselves
Upload and assign jobs, and have them close automatically when the results land. It also integrates with the job ticketing and work order systems already in use.
Kit you can account for
Test sets are expensive, portable and easy to lose track of once contractors are involved. R-Server treats them as managed assets rather than as tools somebody has.
- Locked configuration. Profiles, registration, date and time can be locked on the instrument so they cannot be quietly changed.
- Approved software only. Central control of which release the fleet is allowed to run.
- Theft deterrent. Mark a test set as stolen, and a time-bomb function can disable a misplaced one.
- Organisational structure. Regions, districts and systems, with visibility matched to who is responsible for what.
