Designed for high capture recording, analysis, and storage rates, these systems allow retroactive verification of up to 1.2 million active IP addresses and 64 million concurrent connections. The Allegro Network Multimeter is perfect for large data centres, core networks, and ISP infrastructures. The Allegro x310 multimeter series is equipped with a back-in-time function and enables precise selection of the recorded information. The data can be extracted as pcaps as a browser download with a simple click. In addition, selected data can be individually re-imported into the network, to recreate specific events or security incidents, e. g. with IDS / IPS systems.

It supports real-time and historical analysis for an in-depth network view. The GUI offers comprehensive overviews and detailed statistics on network quality, IPs, MACs, VLANs, Multicast, QoS, TCP, TLS, RTP, Profinet, VoIP, HTTP, and more. With a quick and easy setup, the Allegro Network Multimeter is ready for immediate use to identify network issues.

Expandable Ethernet Ports, In-Memory Database and Ring Buffer

The x310 series is designed to adapt to your network’s unique needs, offering customisable options for additional capture ports and storage. Each device includes 2 x SFP+ ports, and the 3 remaining extension slots can expand the total ports to 14, with options ranging from 1 to 200 Gbe Cu / SFP+ / QSFP. The base version starts with 192 GB memory for processing historical data using the In-Memory database and can be expanded up to 6 TB. The ring buffer, essential for recording network traffic across multiple links, can be dynamically expanded with up to 10 x 2.5” SATA / U.2. NVMe in the base version or up to 12 x 2.5” SATA/U.2. NVMe in the high-capacity version.
