  • Weighs 15 - 26 kg

The x400 series multimeters, including Allegro 1400, 3400, and 5400, optimize the analysis, monitoring, verification, and troubleshooting of network connections from 1 G to 400 G. These systems support high capture recording, analysis, and storage rates, allowing retroactive verification of up to 800,000 IP addresses and 256 million connections. The Allegro Network Multimeter is ideal for large data centers, core networks, and ISP infrastructures.

Additionally, the Allegro x400 series multimeter feature a back-in-time function, enabling precise selection of recorded information. Users can extract data as pcaps via a simple browser download. Selected data can be reimported into the network to recreate specific events or security incidents, e.g., with IDS/IPS systems.

Achieve Real-time Visibility and Statistics for all Connections with the X400 series multimeter

The Allegro x400 multimeter provides granular visibility and selective packet filtering across L2 to L7 in real-time and history mode. Additionally, the web interface provides comprehensive overviews as well as detailed statistics for network quality, IPs, MACs, VLANs, Multicast, QoS, TCP, TLS, RTP, Profinet, VoIP, and many more protocols.

Expandable Ethernet Ports, In-Memory Database and Ring Buffer

The x400 Series offers multiple extensions for added connections and storage options. It includes a dual QSFP28 option for checking up to 100 GBit/s of real-time traffic in 100 GBit/s environments. Alternatively, the number of ports can be expanded to 24, with choices ranging from 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 40, 100, to 200 GbE Cu, SFP+, QSFP, and QSFP56 ports. The base version of the In-memory database supports 64 GB of memory, expandable up to 4,096 GB. The ring buffer, used for recording network traffic on multiple links, can dynamically expand up to 192 TB. Additional JBODs enable expansion of the ring buffer to multiple Petabytes.
